Perceptifly is operated by Kshilp Infotech Private Limited through its business unit Vachimi Studios, registered in India. We operate the Perceptifly mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform").

5. Data Storage & Security

Your account data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), hosted on Google Cloud Platform with servers in the asia-south1 region (Mumbai, India). All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS encryption.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

7. Your Rights

As a user of Perceptifly, you have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete data via the app profile section
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated personal data via Settings → Delete Account in the app
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format
• Objection: Object to processing of your data for marketing purposes

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time directly within the app:

• Open Perceptifly → Settings → Delete Account
• Confirm deletion in the dialog
• All your personal data will be permanently deleted immediately
• Anonymized analytics data with no personal identifiers may be retained

9. Children's Privacy

Perceptifly is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at kshitij@vachimi.com and we will take immediate steps to delete such information.

10. Cookies & Tracking

The Perceptifly mobile app uses Firebase SDKs which may collect device identifiers and usage analytics. The Perceptifly website uses essential cookies for functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

11. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these circumstances:

• With service providers listed in Section 4 who help us operate the Platform
• When required by law, court order, or government authority
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company or users
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to users)

12. Research Dataset

Perceptifly collects anonymized usage data for research into human communication patterns. This dataset includes mode used, risk scores, persona reactions, and message length — but never the actual content of your messages. This research helps us improve the platform and may be used in academic or product research contexts. No personal identifiers are included.

13. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
